Q: Do you drop ship?
A: Nope — not here, babe. We don’t drop ship anything. We buy directly from trusted factories and inspect every single piece ourselves before it ever hits your cart. That means no sketchy surprises, no middle men, and no inflated prices. Just the sparkle, straight from us to you.

 


 

Q: How do you keep prices so low?
A: Easy — we cut out the middle man. By working directly with manufacturers, we skip the markups and pass those savings straight on to you. High fashion shouldn’t mean high prices. Period.

 


 

Q: Who checks the quality of the products?
A: We do! Every piece of jewelry and accessory is inspected in-house by our (very picky) team. If it’s not fabulous, it doesn’t make it to your shopping cart.

 


 

Q: Are your products heavy?
A: You’d be surprised. Our statement pieces look extra but feel light and comfy — because cute shouldn’t hurt. (We’ll always note it in the description if a product is on the heavier side!)

 


 

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship all across the U.S. — including Hawaii and Alaska! We want your products to get to you, no matter where you're at. 😉

A: Right now, we’re an online-only brand — which helps us keep prices low and style high. But stay tuned for pop-ups, collabs, and in-person moments 👀

 


 

Q: Are your products defective since the prices are so low?

A: Absolutely not! Just because our prices are low doesn’t mean we sacrifice quality. We pride ourselves on offering inexpensive, high-quality products — no corners cut here. Our pieces are carefully sourced, inspected in-house, and designed with love. We work directly with manufacturers to skip the middle man and pass those savings on to you. So no, our items aren’t "cheap" — they’re affordable, stylish, and made to last

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Girl Ryan Design, we want you to absolutely love your products! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. Here's the scoop:

Returns

  • You can return your unworn, unused products within 14 days of receiving them.

  • For hygiene reasons, products can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Not vibing with your piece? We’ve got you covered! We accept exchanges on unworn products for a different style or color.

  • If your product is damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just let us know, and we’ll send you a replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the return and everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (please allow a few days for it to reflect in your account).

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sale items or special promotions are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
